today, i am fifteen years old.
fifteen years ago today, dis girl was born.
and i'm awfully glad i was.
not to think myself overly awesome or anything, but i think that's a perfectly good reason to celebrate. :)
this morning, i woke up to lots of happy birthdayings from my family. we ate doughnuts and i read tear-jerking cards and opened presents.
my parents bought me all three of the hunger games books!!
and i was so stoked that i've already started on book one...

and we are going to order my t shirt later today!!!
we stocked up on munchies to snack on when me and hans watch Titanic later this afternoon. yes, yes you heard me right. we are gonna watch Titanic. hans, the kid boy, is gonna watch Titanic. only a crazy-sweet brother like him would let his sister use his xbox to watch Titanic on her birthday. sheesh. he's got the kindest heart i've ever known. love that kid to death.
so glad Jesus gave me the gift of life today, fifteen years ago TODAY. wow. wowee.
